LG launches in Korea the Optimus Z Android Smartphone

LG Optimus Z Android Phone Launched in Korea
LG launches in Korea the Optimus Z Android smartphone, newest addition to LG’s Optimus series. Powered by 1GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon processor, the Optimus Z runs the Android 2.1 OS with the option to upgrade to Version 2.2 before the end of the year.

LG‘s new Android phone features a 3.5-inch 800×480 “Hyper HD” LCD touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera, integrated T-DMB mobile TV tuner and WiFi connectivity. The phone also offers the On Screen Phone function that lets user display their phone interface on the screen of their PC, using Bluetooth connection or a data cable. Also included are Drag & Shake function that allows Optimus Z users to share files between smartphones with a simple shake of the handset, and the LG Air Sync that lets them constantly sync the phone with their PCs or other mobile digital devices.

The LG Optimus Z will be released as by SK Telecom as LG SU950 and by KT as LG KU9500. The stylish phone comes in black.
